Guests who want to spend their holiday in a villa generally complete their reservations early, as soon as the villa prices are announced. So that you do not miss both important advantages, availability and price, we recommend that you book early.

What is the pay-on-arrival system? What kind of guarantee does it offer?

Accepted Answer

You can complete your reservation by paying either the full accommodation amount or just the advance payment. After you arrive at the villa, you can inspect it before making the payment, confirm that the equipment and services promised to you are accurate, and then make your payment and start your holiday. Our company transfers the payments made by our guests to the villa owner/manager on the second day of the villa holiday. With this system, situations that are among the biggest concerns of our guests, such as being given a different villa from the one chosen or not receiving the promised services, are prevented.Although this problem has never occurred at our company, because of our responsible service approach and the legitimate concerns of our guests, we make the owner payment on the second day of the holiday, after the villa has been seen and the payment made.In addition, the villas in our portfolio are inspected on site by our field teams. They are also generally photographed by us.
